Is it bad I'm thinking about a printer?

If you read Blissfully Domestic, I'm sure you have seen that Blissdom was sponsored by Epson. And participants from Blissdom are writing about a printer they have been given. And I'm still peeved that I couldn't go.
The Epson Artisan 800.

Photo from Epson website. Isn't it beautiful and shiny?
Now, I am a geek and do own three printers. One HP All in One, a Canon photo printer (that turned out to be the biggest piece of crap and never printed anything) and a Kodak printer and dock that likes to make every picture red. NONE of them can print a decent picture. So I end up spending too much money to Shutterfly to scrapbook my digital pics.
I like my HP. I owned another All in One for 8 years before purchasing my new one three and a half years ago. I ended up giving the old one away when I got my new All in One because the fax machine worked, the printer didn't. Freecycle is so wonderful.
So I have read several mom reviews of this printer. I even asked one of the technologically challenged ones how hard it is to set up (they admit to this fact, I am not being mean).
Mrs Fussypants commented she was able to set it up and print without the manual. If you know Mrs Fussypants, you totally understand this is very important. Karla commented the same, it was easy to set up.
The only thing I am disappointed in the printer is it cannot do 12x12 pages. So if I do any digital scrapbooking, then I will not be able to print. I would be able to do 8x8 pages, which are cute for gift albums.
So I took hubby to Best Buy after he came home from his bazillion hours of overtime. He thought it was nice.
So stay tuned, will Jennifer FINALLY have a printer she can print a decent picture from?
