More pics for the Wall of Intestines

I had my colonoscopy today. I must say the pill prep is A LOT better than the gallon prep. I'm functioning, coherent and awake still. I think last time I stayed in bed after I got home for the rest of the night. This time, I ate dinner and went to Target. Not too shabby. So I did the prep last night and this morning. They could not guarantee it would actually work, and I still may have had to drink the gallon of liquid and come back. The pill prep is the one my mother in law does so if she says its better, I'll take her word for it, she's had more of these type of procedures. So, I have hemorrhoids (internal and external) and a polyp. Yup, a polyp. 32 years old and now will have to get a colonoscopy every 5 years for the rest of my life (depending on what they find, it may be more often, whee). So now we wait for results, in two weeks they will send me a letter. The bad part is insurance counts this as surgery so co-pay and deductible apply. Not much fun. At least the two weeks will be busy so maybe it won't seem as long waiting for results.
I will not show the pics of my polyp (polypy as Bri would call it, make it into a friend not a possible cancerous tumor). Nor will I show any of the other pics. I have several from my other procedures; a few of my hiatal hernia, some of my stomach and so on. I've noticed of late, you take most 6 year old girls and they will turn an inanimate object into a friend. Van becomes Vany, Turtle become Turdy, milk becomes milky, you get the point. I thought this was only my child. When I went to her Daisy meeting last week, another girl there did the same thing (but I can't remember what she called her new "friend"). Hopefully, she'll outgrow the phase soon.
Oh well, I need to get to bed I have to go back to work tomorrow.
